For the start of my professional career I was looking for a broad-based mechanical engineering company with international expertise. Schenck RoTec offered me exactly, what I was looking for, a diverse product range and customer portfolio. In addition, there are many interesting activities beyond the own brand due to being part of the Dürr Group.

When I started my career as a dual student, I was given the opportunity to build a broad network and gain deep insights into the entire company. Especially in the Sales Department, I was able to experience the high degree of internationality. When working with customers from all over the world I was always able to rely on my international colleagues and thus lead projects to success.

Due to their diversity, Schenck always offers new and interesting challenges and opportunities: I, for example, had the chance to switch from sales to software development and to work as a product owner on software solutions for the mechanical engineering . This is particularly exciting as this area is becoming increasingly important. As I wanted to take on more responsibility, I got the opportunity to become head of Internationational Service Coordination and CX in the Service Department of Schenck RoTec in April 2020. Among other things, I am responsible for the digital service product portfolio. What particularly appeals to me about this area is the fact that I can actively help to shape the digital transformation/ future.

Patrick Manske started as a dual student at Schenk RoTec GmbH in 2013. He worked in various positions in the field of sales for four years. In 2019, he changed to software development for one year. Today, Partick Manske is Head of International Service Coordination and CX and responsible for the Service sector in the service department.
