Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als motivierter Datenbankadministrator sind Sie für den Betrieb und für das Monitoring der Oracle Datenbanken unserer Kunden verantwortlich und unterstützen bei technischen und fachlichen Datenbank-Fragestellungen
  • Sie installieren und verwalten Single Instance-, Standby- und RAC-Umgebungen
  • Die Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der Oracle Backup- und Recovery-Strategien zählt zu Ihren operativen Aufgaben
  • Sie analysieren und lösen selbst komplexe Datenbankprobleme mit anschließender Optimierung und Steigerung der Performance
  • Sie bearbeiten Support-Anfragen im iTAC-Hotline/Support-Team und unterstützen unsere Kunden und iTAC-Kollegen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker und haben Qualifikationen mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in IT und Datenbanktechniken
  • Sie haben ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbanken Oracle (12c / 19c) und MS /SQL und die Fähigkeit zur lösungsorientierten Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • In Ihrer täglichen Arbeit können Sie die Datenbanksprachen SQL  erfolgreich anwenden
  • Die Betriebssysteme Windows und Linux, sowie in der Netzwerktechnologie TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS sind Ihnen vertraut und Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse
  • Sie besitzen eine professionelle Arbeitseinstellung, sowie ein souveränes und freundliches Auftreten beim Kunden
  • Für die Kommunikation im Team sind Ihnen die deutsche Sprache und für die Bewältigung Ihrer Arbeitsinhalte die englische Sprache vertraut
