Your Tasks

  • Resolve support tickets and requests. 
  • Directly support migration/onboarding to Office 365 Azure-hosted solution.
  • Assist with large-scale O365 migrations.
  • Provide Level II support for Exchange Online and Active Directory.
  • Strong customer service skills. 

Your Skills

  • Hands-on support of Exchange to O365 migration experience.
  • Active Directory experience and understanding as it relates to o365 tenant.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2016, Exchange Online.
  • Must be detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills to communicate with internal personnel in a team and environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Cisco IronPort experience is a plus.
  • Must be flexible, dependable and creative.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills (English required while German and/or Spanish desirable) are required.
  • Must be able to manage time and determine priorities
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
  • Two years of hands-on experience in administering large Exchange o365 hybrid environments.
  • Two years of experience in administering Active Directory environment using Windows 2012 or 2016 Servers.
  • Work requires standing, walking, bending, stooping and sitting.
  • Work requires lifting and installing computers, servers, and related devices.
