Your Tasks

  • Review and update technical service reports for distribution to customers and Durr MEGTEC technical support team.
  • Prepare documentation outlining current status of Durr MEGTEC Service agreements
  • Validate and submit leads for follow up sales opportunities.
  • Proactively contact customers on potential service & parts opportunities on both Durr MEGTEC and Non Durr MEGTEC equipment
  • Review and track leads program to verify timely follow up.
  • Review documents such as Service Requests, Gantt charts and parts/documentation tables with regard PM parts and service sales.
  • Provide customers with formal documentation and initiate follow up requests.
  • Keep records of customer installed base, service and parts history, interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Analyze costs/profit margins of Customer Care contracts.
  • Submit renewals for Process Monitor prior to subscription expirations.
  • Pull data from Oracle and other sources to track customer activity.

Your Skills

  • Associate’s degree or related degree in Electro Mechanical preferred.
  • Two – four years in a technical or customer service setting preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • AutoCAD experience preferred.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
