Your Tasks

  • Active social media community management with customers and interested contacts 
  • Building up internal influencer network
  • Building new customer contacts and increasing reach of Social Media channels
  • Taking up requests and general feedback in cooperation with partners in the organization
  • Development and updating of specific texts and argumentation for different interested parties and customers
  • Editorial planning 
  • Internal networking, content creation and transfer to social media posts
  • Preparation, evaluation and reporting of the relevant data 
  • Cooperation with Group Communication and Group Human Resources

Your Skills

  • Specialization in Marketing, Communications or Branding
  • Social Media experience of 2 years +
  • Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
  • Basic experience in communication & marketing activities to a B2B customer base
  • Basic desktop publishing skills including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Video, as well as online content management systems
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple tasks concurrently, to meet deadlines, and to drive and shape the field of responsibility
  • Accountability, solution attitude, dialog skills
