CFO Carlo Crosetto leaves Dürr AG at the end of February 2020

Bietigheim-Bissingen, July 30, 2019 – The Chief Financial Officer of Dürr AG, Carlo Crosetto (48), has today informed the Supervisory Board that he will not extend his contract, which terminates at the end of February 2020.

The Supervisory Board has accepted his decision with regret and expressed its appreciation for Mr. Crosetto's successful work. Says Karl-Heinz Streibich, Chairman of Dürr AG's Supervisory Board: “Carlo Crosetto has set new trends as a CFO. Among other things, he has ensured sustainable corporate financing and initiated the digital reorientation of the finance department. He has also been the driving force behind sustainability at the Dürr Group.”

Mr. Crosetto will fulfill his employment contract until the end of its term. Having served on the Dürr AG Board of Management for three years, he will then take on new challenges. The Supervisory Board will begin its search for a successor with immediate effect.

  • Measuring and Process Systems: balancing equipment as well as assembly, testing and filling technology
  • Woodworking Machinery and Systems: machinery and equipment for the woodworking industry
