  • Dyscyplinarne i techniczne zarządzanie interdyscyplinarnym zespołem konstruktorów mechaników, konstruktorów elektryków oraz programistów (około 10 osób)
  • Ścisła współpraca na szczeblu międzynarodowym z kadrą zarządzającą w obszarze Product Development w Grupie HOMAG.
  • Zarządzanie procesem rozwoju nowych produktów – od koncepcji po wdrożenie na rynek
  • Udział w tworzeniu i wdrażanie strategii produktowych oraz definiowanie kierunków rozwoju produktu
  • Prowadzenie projektów rozwojowych
  • Organizowanie, planowanie, koordynowanie i kontrolowanie pracy zespołu.
  • Odpowiedzialność za rozwój know-how i umiejętności pracowników. Budowanie efektywnego zespołu z nastawieniem na długoterminową współpracę.

Your Skills

  • Wykształcenie wyższe inżynierskie (budowa maszyn lub mechatronika).
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem min. 3 lata.
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze konstrukcji maszyn
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego umożliwiająca pracę w międzynarodowym środowisku
  • Silne umiejętności prezentacji, moderacji i komunikacji;
  • Umiejętności w zakresie zarządzania projektami np. rozpoznawanie na czas ryzyka związanego z projektem, informowanie o nim i opracowywanie propozycji jego eliminacji lub minimalizacji.
  • Umiejętność analizy i rozwiązywania problemów o różnym stopniu złożoności;
  • Wysoki poziom dobrej organizacji, samodzielności oraz zorientowanie na realizację celów.
  • Umiejętność współpracy w interdyscyplinarnych zespołach projektowych (również w międzynarodowym środowisku).
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • Gotowość do międzynarodowych podróży służbowych.
