Products & Services: The Dürr Group is a global innovation and technology leader, who supports its customers through particularly sustainable production solutions and services. Our digital products provide an important contribution toward even greater efficiency and conservation of resources.
Value Creation & Supply Chain: This field is about reducing environmental impact during our own operating activities. In addition, we want to make social and ecological aspects an even more integral part of our supply chain.
Employees & Qualification: Our company regards itself as an attractive and fair employer, who offers its employees various career and further development opportunities. Ideas for improvement are to be even more actively considered in the future.
Management & Governance: Our corporate activities are geared toward profitable growth, trend-setting business and industries as well as responsible corporate governance.
Engagement & Society: The Dürr Group is making an active contribution to society through social engagement, partnerships and participating in global initiatives.

Sustainability information
The EcoVadis rating agency has assessed the sustainability performance of the Dürr Group in the fields of environment, labor rights and human rights as well as integrity and procurement. With 55 points, we are among the top 25% of all the companies in the industry “Manufacturer of general-purpose machinery” which were rated by EcoVadis.
Being awarded the DZ Bank sustainability seal of approval classifies the Dürr Group as a sustainable company. Based on the ‘EESG’ rating model, which comprises the categories ‘Economic’, ‘Environmental’, ‘Social’ and ‘Governance’, Dürr has received 44 out of 100 points. This puts us above both the sector-specific average (38 points) and the overall average (38 points) of the companies analyzed.
The ISS ESG rating agency has given the Dürr Group a C- rating on a scale from D- to A+ in the overall ranking as at 12/2019. ISS ESG is one of the world’s leading ESG research and rating agencies. ISS ESG analyzes the most important equity and bond issuers worldwide in terms of their environmental, social and governance performance.
As of 2020, Dürr Aktiengesellschaft received a rating of AA (on a scale of CCC-AAA) in the MSCI ESG Ratings assessment. This puts us in the top 28% of its industry peers rated. MSCI ESG Research provides in-depth research, ratings and analysis of the environmental, social and governance-related (ESG) business practices of thousands of companies worldwide.
CDP has awarded the Dürr Group a ‘C’ rating in each of the two fields ‘Climate Change’ and ‘Water Security’ on a scale from D- to A as at 2020.
On the risk scale published by rating agency ISS, the Dürr Group scores 3 points each for Governance and Environmental and 4 points for Social as at September 2020.

...that a large paint shop equipped with Dürr's state-of-the-art technology saves more energy and CO2 emissions per year, compared to an average system currently installed, than the entire Dürr Group consumes or generates worldwide during the same period? The same applies to the amount of water required.
Code of Conduct for the Dürr Group
It is part of our corporate culture at the Dürr Group to act ethically in our day-to-day business life and to comply with prevailing laws. Rules of conduct have been defined in individual Group procedures and manuals for years.
