Dürr plans to reopen its new corporate bond WKN: A1EWGX, ISIN:DE000A1EWGX1)Bietigheim-Bissingen, October 29, 2010 - Dürr AG's management board hasresolved to reopen the corporate bond that was placed in September 2010. Itis planned to issue an additional tranche of EUR 50 to 75 million alreadyin the fourth quarter of 2010. This would increase the nominal volume ofthe 7.25% coupon bond from currently EUR 150 million to between EUR 200 and225 million. When a bond is reopened, the existing terms and conditions andthe due date (September 28, 2015) continue to apply unchanged for theentire volume issued. However, the issue price of the additional tranche isadjusted to current capital market conditions.In reopening the issue, Dürr wants to take advantage of the strong interestin its bond and the favourable conditions prevailing on the market forcorporate bonds. It intends to use the proceeds from the additional trancheprimarily for expanding its business in environmental and energytechnology. Dürr is currently reviewing a number of acquisitionpossibilities in this sector.
