Your Tasks
- Support our business unit in building the digital transformation approach on a strategic and practical level, including business case priority setting;
- Act as the technical point of contact for operational Leaders from different areas and bring their automation ideas to become specified projects (mainly in Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing);
- Define requirements through business needs analysis and participate in project planning, including setting deliverables and schedules;
- Support project preparation and search for new potentials by reviewing existing process documentation, discovering gaps and driving Teams to improve them;
- Ensure implementation readiness and directly execute digitalization projects at different stages in rotation: Design, programming (mainly low-code), testing, production, monitoring – be responsible for making things happen;
- Create documentation: Solution descriptions and manuals, as well as project status updates, meeting notes and presentations as necessary;
- Monitor resources, risks and solution maintenance, as well as ensure standards, corrective measures, optimization and modernization;
