Internship in Automation/Transition Processes support

Your Tasks

  • Support our business unit in building the digital transformation approach on a strategic and practical level, including business case priority setting;
  • Act as the technical point of contact for operational Leaders from different areas and bring their automation ideas to become specified projects (mainly in Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing);
  • Define requirements through business needs analysis and participate in project planning, including setting deliverables and schedules;

 

  • Support project preparation and search for new potentials by reviewing existing process documentation, discovering gaps and driving Teams to improve them;
  • Ensure implementation readiness and directly execute digitalization projects at different stages in rotation: Design, programming (mainly low-code), testing, production, monitoring – be responsible for making things happen;
  • Create documentation: Solution descriptions and manuals, as well as project status updates, meeting notes and presentations as necessary;
  • Monitor resources, risks and solution maintenance, as well as ensure standards, corrective measures, optimization and modernization;

Your Skills

  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken (C1, B2+);
  • Learn quickly and independently, using available resources and mentoring;
  • Adapt well to changing circumstances and be flexible;
  • Have an organized way of working, be reliable and proactively communicative regarding progress and challenges;
  • Be proactive, self-reliant, driven and relentless in finding a way to the agreed goal;
  • Possess an analytical, methodical and conceptual mindset;
  • Be oriented on process, solutions and data;
  • Display IT-savviness with a knack for testing innovations and learn new technologies;
  • Feel comfortable with the Microsoft environment and product range – and open to learn more;
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively while collaborating with multiple stakeholders;


Your potentials – you have at least basic skills and are willing to learn:

    • IT-technical and business English;
    • Understanding of the business perspective: Operational performance, quality, cost-effectiveness;
    • Sample technologies: UiPath, Power Automate, VBA, Power Query, Excel, possibly databases and PowerBI;
