Your Tasks
- Collaborate with Global Key Users to collect and analyze Salesforce-related business processes
- Create and maintain clear process documentation, including process flows, user instructions, and functional overviews
- Develop training materials tailored to different audiences (e.g., End Users, Key Users), such as slide decks, user manuals, or video scripts
- Support the creation of digital training paths and onboarding concepts
- Help coordinate training sessions, open office hours, and Q&A formats
