• Zarządzanie operacyjne obiektami i infrastrukturą Dürr Poland oraz koordynacja procesów zapewniających prawidłowe funkcjonowanie obiektów oraz infrastruktury technicznej i parku maszynowego firmy
• Organizacja pracy i nadzór nad podległym zespołem techniczno-administracyjnym odpowiedzialnym za utrzymanie techniczne (budynki i maszyny), flotę samochodów, recepcję, ochronę i utrzymanie czystości.
• Nadzór nad kontrolami technicznymi budynków, obiektów oraz maszyn i urządzeń dozorowych zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami
• Efektywne zarządzanie infrastrukturą firmy oraz optymalizacja jej wykorzystania
• Inicjowanie, planowanie i nadzór nad realizacją projektów inwestycyjnych (CAPEX)

Your Skills

• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, administracyjne lub ekonomiczne + podyplomowe z zakresu zarządzania nieruchomościami lub wyceny nieruchomości.
• Umiejętność czytania i interpretacji dokumentacji technicznej
• Znajomość prawa budowlanego,
• 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu nieruchomościami oraz infrastrukturą techniczną
• Znajomość przepisów dotyczących infrastruktury, maszyn, urządzeń technicznych oraz ochrony środowiska
• Umiejętność oceny stanu technicznego obiektów, maszyn i urządzeń
• Znajomość obsługi platform i systemów CMMS
• Wiedza i praktyka w zakresie TPM jako elementu Lean Management w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych
• Samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
• Dyspozycyjność i odpowiedzialność
• Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
